Mobilgrease XHP™ 220 Greases are advanced lithium complex greases designed for extended service and superior performance in a wide range of applications and severe operating conditions. These greases are formulated using proprietary lithium complex technology, providing outstanding high-temperature performance, excellent adhesion, structural stability, and resistance to water contamination. They offer a high level of chemical stability, along with exceptional rust and corrosion protection.
With a high dropping point and a maximum recommended operating temperature of 140º C (284°F), Mobilgrease XHP™ 220 greases are available in NLGI grades 00, 0, 1, 2, and 3, with an ISO VG 220 base oil viscosity. They are suitable for a variety of industries, including industrial, automotive, construction, and marine, and excel in high-temperature, water-contamination, shock-loading, and extended re-lubrication conditions.
Mobilgrease XHP™ 222 Special is an extreme pressure (EP) grease fortified with 0.75% molybdenum disulfide. This formulation provides enhanced protection against wear under high-pressure conditions such as pivoting, where oil film breakdown may occur.
